In folklore foxes are often thought of as magical creatures. In literature they often possess the power to ward off evil, sometimes serving as guardian spirits.

The story of how Bella was rescued by her owner from a caravan site, where she was chained up outside in all sorts of weathers, is a gruelling one. Now she is her owner’s constant companion, always at her side. She couldn’t be happier. Nor could she bring her owner more joy.

Devon is a bright eyed, strong headed girl. Extremely alert and the first into everything but very sensitive and loving. Beware any squirrel or moles that come into her path, Devon is super fast!

Tottie, the miniature Schnauzer, lives in Perth, Australia. Although small she has a big personality, welcoming her family when they return home, with whoops of joy .. whether they’ve been away a month or just an hour!

This was one of my earliest pet portraits. The black labrador was an integral part of the family where he lived. The soulfulness of his eyes really show the sweetness of his nature.
